Will run periodically as determined by GoTGR.com. GoTGR.com will promote, by means of GoTGR.com and or additional media outlets that are in possession of GoTGR. Contests are solely sponsored by GoTGR owner itself and administered by GoTGR.com unless otherwise noted.
In order to submit entries, you must submit during the time the contest is running. The contest is considered to be running as outlined on GoTGR.com post containing the contest details. You may only submit one entry per contest unless otherwise noted. All reviews are subject to GoTGR's standard terms of use policy. GoTGR reserves the right to remove at any time, without notice, any user-created content from GoTGR.com for content we see as unfit or, without reason, as deemed necessary by GoTGR.com staff.
All entries will be judged by GoTGR.com staff. Judging will be based on the following criteria:
i) Thoroughness
ii) Creativity
iii) Theme Communication
iiii) Appropriateness of Supporting Statements
Decisions of the judges are final and binding. In the event there are not enough eligible entries, not all prizes will be awarded. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept their prize, then GoTGR reserves the right to award the prize to another Entrant. The winners will be notified via the email address registered with GoTGR.com.
If you are a minor, you must obtain the prior permission of your parent and/or legal guardian and your parent and/or legal guardian must also agree to these Rules on their and your own behalf before you can enter this Contest. Because you will be bound by these Rules and these Rules will form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Contest, please read them carefully. You may not enter the contest if you do not agree to these rules. You agree that a submission of an entry during the promotional period constitutes your agreement to these Rules. If you wish to submit an entry during a promotional period and, would like to opt out of the contest, please email a request to GoTGR Info and you will removed from consideration.
Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by GoTGR's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted within fifteen (15) days of attempted first notification will forfeit his or her prize. Entrants certify that their entry is original and that they are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted entry (or if they are not sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted entry, that they have obtained the necessary permission to include the entry in the Contest) and that they have the right to submit the entry in the Contest. Each entrant agrees not to participate in the Contest in any manner that might (1) infringe any third-party proprietary, intellectual property, industrial property, personal rights or other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligation; or (2) otherwise violate applicable law in any countries in the world.
